1. Services

honey-seo provides SEO consulting, auditing, strategy, optimization, link building, and reporting services to businesses and individuals. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is delivered at any point.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full before any work commences. We accept payment through Stripe. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood the service description, pricing, and delivery timeline.

3. Service delivery

Work commences within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are set per package and stated on the service and pricing pages. Timelines are business-day estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your website, your responsiveness to information requests, and factors outside our control.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and any CMS or platform access requested. Delays caused by failure to provide required access may affect delivery timelines without extending refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual property

All deliverables produced for your project become your property upon full payment. You grant us permission to reference the project in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your website platform. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beja, Portugal.
