Refund Policy

Overview
honey-seo provides digital SEO services. Because our work involves significant professional time and preparation, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Before work starts
If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before we have sent the project onboarding form or begun any audit work, you are entitled to a full refund. To request this, email hello@honey-seo.com with your order details.
After work has started
Once the project onboarding has been sent or any deliverable has been produced, refunds are not available for the portion of work already completed. If a project is cancelled mid-way, we will refund a pro-rated amount based on the percentage of work remaining.
Revision requests
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in the package description. Revision rounds are included to ensure the deliverable meets the agreed brief. Refunds are not issued because of subjective dissatisfaction when the work has been delivered as described.
Technical issues
If a deliverable cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, we will either resolve the issue or offer a partial or full refund as appropriate.

To request a refund, email hello@honey-seo.com with your order reference and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 3 business days.
